Who in any world would and over their comp to a complete stranger? Especially one that performs on a street corner.
I think this is just a kickoff video for the contest. It is actually great at it's job if you look at it. It gets a point across in original way that is very difficult to copy without cloning, and let people think of better ideas. I'm not sure you thought all of this through, but this is what ran through my mind.
